Kelsey Dziedzic

Hello!

New Dawn Vacations is owned by me, Kelsey, and I formed the company out of my love for travel.

A little bit about my history- I used to be a public school educator. The majority of my years I taught 6th grade English. After seven years, I left due to burn out and stress.

I still stayed in education, but I switched to more of a behind the scenes position as a curriculum writer. Switching from teaching to a slower paced job was a real adjustment.

When a friend asked if my bestie and I could coordinate her wedding, I was excited to take the opportunity. It was a great experience, and from there we formed our wedding coordination company, Day of Duo LLC. I really enjoyed this new opportunity to be creative and help make people's wedding day special and stressless.

From here, I wanted to help serve our clients in other ways, and with my love of travel, I decided to become a travel advisor. I feel that I really get to know our clients through the wedding planning process which allows me to cater their honeymoon to them.

So of course I specialize in honeymoons, but I love all types of travel. Personally, I'm a beach girl so the majority of my travel is spent on the water or at the islands. It also made sense to combine my skills to offer destination wedding services.

Weddings and traveling can be stressful. I want to make this process as seamless as possible for my clients. I'm here for you every step of the way.

Educating Clients

I work with all types of travelers, whether it's your first trip or your hundredth. I'm finding that people don't necessarily know that travel agents exist or that they're "still a thing" in this day and age. We are!

Even with the development of AI, I bring the human to travel. Especially with my more inexperienced clients, I really want to make sure they know everything they need to know before traveling. Don't be afraid to ask me questions!

Millennials and Generation Zers

So according to Google, the average age of a travel agent is 55. I recognize the difference in travelers depending on age, and I know what people my age prefer. The advantage to working with a travel advisor is that I'm going to cater my recommendations based on you, and what your travel companions want.

Outside the Box

I think a lot of people go where they're comfortable or most familiar with when they travel, I mean it makes sense. I work with a lot of vendors and tour operators that offer trips you probably haven't heard of, yet might fulfil everything you're looking for.

Inclusivity

It is always a priority to me to let my clients know they are in a safe space. I welcome all types of travelers. I want to create recommendations that are best suited to your needs and wants.

Time-saving Services

Let's be real, you don't have hours to spend looking up a vacation. I'm a nerd and love research, and the more experienced I become, the quicker I'm able to create my recommendations.

Saving you Money

Let's be real, the economy is crazy right now. Oftentimes, I have access to exclusive deals, discounts, and promotions that are not available to the general public. Also if I'm able to bundle various components of your trip, such as flights, accommodations, and activities, into a single package, your trip can be at a lower cost.

I work with clients at all price points. I typically will ask for a budget range upfront, so I can give you the best recommendation. I've also been finding that people may not know what it cost to go somewhere. If you're that person, I can help give you an idea of how much it might cost for a certain cruise line, destination, etc.

Reducing Stress

If any issues arise during your trip, such as flight cancellations, lost luggage, or booking errors, I can help you out. Unfortunately, these things can happen when traveling. You can call/text me, and I also have WhatsApp if you're traveling internationally. I try to be available as much as possible for my clients.

Let's plan your next trip!
