Here's how it works:

Initial Consultation

Most of my initial consultations are done over video chat, although happy to chat on the phone or over e-mail. This session will help me understand your preferences such as the budget, preferred activities, accommodation style, and any special requests.

Research and Planning

I will then collect all of the information you provide to select vacation options that best suit your needs. Typically, I will e-mail you with three options to review.

Customization

Based on your feedback, we will customize and finalize your vacation details. You'll be sent a link to the Client Portal. Within the portal, you will provide me with all the information I need to book all of the elements of your trip. This will include criteria like personal details, passport information, and will also securely store your credit card information. You will only need to provide this information once, as it will be saved for future trips.

Confirmation and Documentation

I'll provide you with payment and booking confirmations, travel documents, and other relevant information such as visa requirements and travel insurance options. Travel insurance is not required but is highly recommended.

Assistance and Support

I'm here for you along the way! I can help you with any issues that may arise, make changes to your itinerary, or provide recommendations for activities/excursions. Don't forget that this support continues during your trip.
