Q: How early should I book my trip?

A: I recommend booking international trips 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. For domestic trips, 2-4 months is usually sufficient, though booking early can help secure better rates. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: All major credit cards.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes! Ask me for more details as these plans can differ from supplier/brand. 

Q: Is there a deposit required to confirm my booking?

A: Yes, and the amount will depend on the trip and services you're reserving. All prices are subject to change until a deposit has been made. 

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?

A: Refunds depend on the terms of the booking. Some reservations may be fully refundable, while others may have cancellation fees. I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. 

Q: Do you only offer services to those in Maryland?

A: Nope! I can service clients from anywhere in the world. 

Q: Is New Dawn Vacations LGBTQ+ friendly?

A: Yes! I am a member of the community myself.
