Most of my initial consultations are done over video chat, although happy to chat on the phone or over e-mail. This session will help me understand your preferences such as the budget, preferred activities, accommodation style, and any special requests.

Research and Planning

I will then collect all of the information you provide to select vacation options that best suit your needs. Your client profile will be established which allows me to securely store your information. This profile will also allow you to access the app where you can view your itineraries.

Customization and Confirmation

Based on my research, I will select options to present in a proposal. You can then provide feedback on any components you'd like adjusted or changed. Once all the final details are confirmed, I will send over an invoice to collect the deposit needed to secure your reservation.

I'll provide you with payment and booking confirmations, travel documents, and other relevant information such as visa requirements and travel insurance options. I don't require my clients to purchase travel insurance, but I highly recommend it.

Service Fees

I do charge a planning fee to utilize my services, and I think it's important to be transparent with my clients. There are three tiers depending on the complexity of the trip.

Cruises and All Inclusives- $150

Best for travelers looking for straightforward planning assistance for a single destination.

Inclusions:

Booking of flights, accommodations, and up to 3 activities or tours.

Partial Custom Itinerary- $250

Ideal for travelers seeking a more personalized experience with added support for multi-destination trips.

Everything in the prior package.
Multi-destination travel planning (up to 3 destinations).
Booking of up to 6 activities or tours.
Assistance with travel insurance selection.
Pre and Post cruise accommodations.
24/7 support during travel via email or phone.

Fully Customized Itinerary- $500

Designed for travelers who want a fully curated and seamless travel experience.

Inclusions:

Unlimited destinations and itinerary complexity.
One luxury booking such as a private tour or exclusive experience.
