Q. How is a custom itinerary different from a group tour or pre-packaged vacation?

Group tours follow a set schedule and plan, while a custom itinerary is created from scratch to reflect your unique preferences, timeline, and travel goals.

Q. What does the process look like?

We'll start with a discovery call or consultation to get to know your travel style, wishlist, and needs. I’ll then research and design a tailored proposal. Once we refine and finalize it, I’ll take care of all bookings and confirmations.

Q. Is there a fee for custom itinerary planning?

Yes—planning fees cover the time, expertise, and personalized service that goes into designing your trip. I’ll always provide the fee structure up front, and this ensures your itinerary is crafted with care and intention.

Q. What kind of support do I get while I’m traveling?

I’m available before, during, and after your trip. You’ll also receive contact info for in-destination support or concierge services, depending on your trip.

Q. What if I already have some parts booked (like flights or a hotel)?

That’s totally fine. I can build your itinerary around those existing components to complete your travel experience.

Q. What if I want to use my credit card points?

I'm happy to discuss the best options for utilizing your points. Most often, my clients use their points on flights, but they can also be used on accommodations and other elements of the trip depending on your card. 

Q. How confident do you feel with where the company is going?

We will begin in this chapter by dealing with some general quantum mechanical ideas. Some of the statements will be quite precise, others only partially precise.

Q. What if I don’t know where I want to go?

That’s part of the fun! I love helping clients figure that out. Based on your travel goals and interests, I’ll recommend destinations that are the best fit for you.
